How to the Production Processes of Diamond Saw Blades?

Diamond saw blades! a very sharp cutting tool. well know it use widely in the stone industry.

There are many types of diamond saw blades, the functions of different types of diamond saw blades are not the same.

The difference in their types is mainly due to their production process.

The following is the production process of diamond saw blades.

Welding Diamond Saw Blade

There are two types of high-frequency welding and laser welding

  1. High-frequency welding welds the cutter head and the substrate through a high-temperature melting medium
  2. Laser welding melts the contact edge of the cutter head and the substrate through a high-temperature laser beam to form a metallurgical bond

The high bonding strength between the diamond and the substrate makes the diamond difficult to fall off

Electroplated Diamond Saw Blade

This kind of saw blade use the top grade diamond powder and the powder is evenly plated onto the hacksaw blade core

So it is the highest quality blade on the market

Electroplated diamond saw blade can cut freely, quickly and efficiently

Sintered Diamond Saw Blade

It have two types: cold press sintering and hot press sintering

Cold Press Sintering

Is a technique that apply high pressure to metal powder in a sealed elastomer container shaped for the application

Hot Press Sintering

The application of pressure allows the use of temperatures some 300–500°C lower than pressureless sintering

The reduced temperature and time combine to suppress grain growth, resulting in fine grain structure

Advantage
  1. The cutter head has high hardness and is not easy to break teeth
  2. It has a good grip on diamonds and should not be replaced prematurely to improve replacement
  3. Saw blade proportional to other processes, high wear resistance
Packing
  1. Anti-rust paint
  2. Plastic bag
  3. multiple carton
  4. Wooden box packaging

It can better protect the goods during transport
